You have 14 days to return your item starting from the time your tracking number says you received your order.
Special ordered items, custom designed items and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returned items that have not been special ordered, custom designed or personalized can be returned if they are in original condition and unaltered. They must be accompanied by their original packaging, instructions and warranty information.
The customer is responsible for shipping to us and return shipping charges. We recommend that you use tracking and insured shipping.
First please indicate the reason for your return on the packing slip.
Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package. These must accompany the return.
Please use a padded envelope/bubble mailer when shipping jewelry.
Use the preprinted label on the return package
We are not responsible if we receive item(s) damaged or the package is lost in shipping. All items must be returned in the same condition in which received. Once we receive the package, we will review the returned items and if approved we will process your refund. We hold the right to refuse any return. If we do not approve the returned items, you will be notified by email and we will ship the item back to you.
We do not refund original shipping charges. We credit the item price only through the original payment method, excluding shipping charges within three weeks of approval of return.
